Am I Okay?!
Megan Moroney’s concert in Athens, Georgia was pretty great. For this stop on the Am I Okay? Tour, I went with my two oldest daughters and one of my girlfriends. We live about two hours away from Athens, so we ended up staying the night. Of course, the hotel I thought I booked was actually reserved for some random weekend a few weeks later (cancelled it right there, lol). So I had to scurry and find a random hotel in relatively close walking distance to the concert venue.

Am I Okay?
You guys, this concert was so cute and so fun to attend with my daughters. Mackenzie Carpenter opened for Megan and I love her music too, so I was excited to see her live. She performed songs like Dozen Red Flags, Only Girl, Don’t Mess with Exes, and Hunting Season—which is one of my favorites (probably because my boyfriend hunts and I do not mind at all, lol—please, feel free to take your time 🤭).
Once Mackenzie’s set was done, we waited about an hour until Megan Moroney came on. While we were waiting, one of the band members’ wives noticed the girls and came over to talk to them. She gave each of them a Megan Moroney guitar pick—such a cool keepsake and personal moment they’ll never forget!
When Megan finally hit the stage, she came out with so much energy—and her outfits were STUNNING. They matched the Am I Okay? album aesthetic perfectly: sparkly, blue, and super girly.
She opened with Man on the Moon, Indifferent, and I Know You, then moved into fan favorites like I’m Not Pretty from her Lucky album and Hair Salon from Pistol Made of Roses. She closed with Am I Okay?, which was the perfect high-energy ending.
She even brought Mackenzie Carpenter back on stage to sing The Girls with her, which was such a fun surprise. The girls made a friend in the pit who was around their age, and they were dancing together the whole time—which was adorable.
By the end, there was confetti everywhere, and the girls were absolutely in awe. They’d never seen anything like that before, and it was truly a special moment. It was such a great night, and I’m so happy I got to bring them to their first real country concert.
If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly concert to attend, I highly recommend seeing Megan Moroney live on her Am I Okay? tour. Between Megan’s performance and the special memories with my girls, this night was one for the books. 🎤💙✨
